Epoxy Grouting (Strengthening)

Uses high-strength epoxy resins to bond fractured concrete surfaces. This restores monolithic structural integrity and load-bearing capacity in foundations, beams, and columns. Unlike PU, epoxy is rigid and best for non-moving cracks.

PU Grouting (Water Leakage/Seepage)

Involves injecting expanding Polyurethane (PU) resin under high pressure into cracks. Upon contact with water, it expands into a flexible, watertight foam, making it ideal for active leaks in basements, slabs, and tunnels.

PU coatings provide a seamless, UV-resistant membrane for long-term protection, while elastomeric systems offer high flexibility to accommodate thermal movement.

Restores aging structures through techniques like carbon fiber wrapping (FRP), steel jacketing, and patch repairs to address corrosion and spalling.
